We launched three outriggers last night in time to catch the sun setting over the Cape and the full moon rising over the Bay. We ran off the end of the jetty and hung around in the moonlight watching a full eclipse of the moon before paddling home for a cold one under a red moon and a four kazillion stars.
The end of the Jetty was busier than usual. Paddling home looked like a paparazzi’s convention – the beaches up and down the coast were lit by the machine gun fire of digital flashes.
