Note: The Women’s training day will possibly change to a Wednesday 5.15pm after the 20th November due to National Sprint Training on Wednesday afternoons in Mandurah.
Please put name on Instateam by the day before each session so crews can be organised beforehand.
Always bring hats, sunscreen, towel, water bottle and maybe change of clothes.
